I posted the job and was contacted by G&L Maintenance via WhatsApp where I sent pictures and clarified the job “Bush/tree to the left of the summer shed to be removed, olive tree in middle to be removed. Large one on the right to be cut right down”. The olive tree was removed but the laurel on the right was not, it was cut back and looks a bit strange at the moment but we asked them to not do anymore as more money was requested to take the tree. The back left tree was untouched and is still there, more money was requested for that one. We already had a big mess and the skip was full.

Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely apologize for underestimating the tree sizes from photos, leading to a lower quote and a small skip. On arrival, we agreed to alter the plan and focus on the large laurel as it blocked light and risked the shed, leaving the third tree untouched. I heavily pruned it but advised against cutting it to a stump as it would likely kill it. The skip filled to capacity. I never requested extra money for my labor, only explained that further waste removal required a second skip from a third party. Sincere apologies for the leftover mess and any frustration cause.
