We had Kelechi from Gravity Heating service our boiler. We had very good communication from the start to finish (he confirmed the job and on the day rang me around 8.30am to further remind me/confirm the rough time of arrival (3 hour window). He appeared methodical and conscientious in how he operated - this was reassuring in terms of feeling he had done a thorough job! He even checked our carbon monoxide monitors without me asking to ensure they were working and compliant. He was very professional throughout and I would definitely recommend him.
