I read the positive reviews and contacted Grays Plumbing and Heating. I booked in for a boiler service. On the day of the service I left work early and arranged the cash as requested. I waited for 4 hours and the engineer did not arrive. I received no communication that they would not be attending. I feel disappointed and would not recommend Grays Plumbing and Heating.

Efficient, professional pleasant and fairly priced

We contacted Ian from GPH to come and install hot and cold feed pipework for a bathroom refurbishment. We also needed radiator pipes moving for a heated towel rail. Ian worked solidly and did a tidy job. As well as the work needed he also lined up the towel rail and tidied up the drywall for the next stage of work. Really pleasant and polite to deal with and reliable. I'd have no worries about recommending Ian for your plumbing and heating needs. Really happy with the outcome. We'll certainly be keeping his details for further work.
