  Block Paving

  Posted 18 October

From the most embarrassing drive on the street to the nicest in just 5 days

From the very first contact with Gavin from GRC landscapes I had a good feeling. Very polite on the telephone, arrived on time, and sent a fully written and explained quotation. I requested specific 3 tone/sized paving blocks from Marshalls and they were exactly what I received. During the digging out process there was a hidden concrete and that was excavated and removed without any additional costs. Each day the drive was made safe for the family to get through to the house. The end job exceeded our expectations, and I think that Gavin, Lewis and Martin should be proud of their work, I am.

  Indian Sandstone Driveway

Gavin and his team did an excellent job paving a new driveway for us using Indian sandstone. We are very happy with the quality of the work. However, where they fell short is in finishing the job. We agreed to paving the driveway and laying turf. However they only finished the driveway and said they would lay the turf when the weather would be better. I have reached out to them multiple times and have not heard back in months.

  Response from GRC Landscapes

Thank you, Matthias. I’m genuinely disappointed by this review as I don’t feel it fairly reflects the work completed or the way GRC Landscapes conducts business. The sandstone works and topsoil were completed, with the turf delayed only due to poor, waterlogged stock. I later became unwell and explained this to you. I also offered to refund the £100 turf cost, which you accepted. A 5.0 rating is very disappointing and, when compared with our many other reviews, does not reflect the usual standard of our work or customer service.

  Outstanding quality Paving

We have just had a block Paving path and a large double patio area linked by a pathway installed by GRC landscaping, Gavin and his team Lewis, Martin and Lee have done a great job They arrived each day on time, they always kept and left a tidy site. They communicated well with regard to the plan and confirming as the project went along that we were happy with the work and whether we required any changes Their attention to detail ensuring that everything was level and straight was exceptional They had a passion about their work, ensuring everything was done to the best of their ability

  Fantastic Landscaping Work - Banstead

We recently had our garden landscaped and couldn’t be happier with the end result. The workmanship is excellent, and the transformation has exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are both absolutely delighted with it. The team were polite, friendly, hardworking, and a pleasure to have around. They kept everything tidy, communicated well throughout, and clearly take pride in their work. The only downside was how much tea they got through! 😂 It was worth every cup though. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional landscaping company. Thank you ag

  Great Landscaping Company

Gavin and his crew of Lewis and Lee were lively and fun to have around and did a really fantastic job of our patio. They turned an old area of tired crazy paving into a stunning new section of our garden. We can thoroughly recommend them and will definitely look to use them again on future projects.
