They understood our requirements, quoted competitively and delivered to the quotation. The structural part of the job was carried out by Jarek and his team who were absolutely superb, easy to deal with, unflappable in the face of challenges and work to the highest standard. Overall the standard of work was superb and we are delighted with the result.

A significant reconstruction job requiring demolition, new walls, flat roof, skylights, tiled flooring with underfloor heating, sliding glass doors, utility room, kitchen, lighting, boiler, patio. This was probably a large project for Greater Space, but they carried out the works competently under guidance from the Architect, using sub-contractors where necessary. Some delays experienced due to lateness in ordering materials and having insufficient staff available at all times. Overall the final outcome has given us what we wanted.

Overall I was happy with the work undertaken and the project was finished to a good standard. I prepared full drawings for the project, and even though this included some items of work that the operatives had not undertaken before, they managed to complete the project with a quality finish. There were some Management issues during the works (such as programming the job and keeping the client informed) but I understand these have now been addressed by the company. Generally I am very pleased with the work undertaken.

The work was well carried out and to a satisfactory final quality. All proceeded quite fast and the team delivered before the agreed deadline, which is something unusual in this market. The team has always been helpful and happy to satisfy requests from our side. I would definitively recommend.
