Had done some rooms for us before, and we were very happy. Phoned and arranged a date for hall, stairs and landing but on the day about 20 mins before the ‘window’ ended Ronnie phoned to say can’t come, problem with machine. Rearranged for the following Friday, no show and no contact since. Not very helpful I’m afraid. Will have to get someone else in.

Sounded a pleasant guy when I booked for the carpet cleaning but in the end never turned up in the 3-hour window given. When I rang to see when they might arrive, I left a voicemail and I never received a response back providing any reason why. Disappointing as they appear to have good reviews from others.

Ronnie has again provided an excellent service - two carpets a posh rug and two big sofa’s, all sorted and looking great in 2 hours. Unreservedly recommend this business to anyone.

Was relying on company to cleans whole Flat carpets - despite booking appointment 1 week in advance, and confirming with them on the morning. I had a call 10mins before the end of the allotted time with list of excuses as to why they couldn’t be there. DO NOT rely on this company to turn up.
