Caution advised.
Great installation and very professional team — everything was fitted neatly and the initial service was excellent. I also had an app issue early on which was resolved quickly. However, after spending ~£14,000 on the system, my inverter failed in May 2026 and the system has now been down for over 4 weeks with no clear resolution date at times. There were cancelled appointments, missed callbacks, and a lack of clear communication until I escalated the issue.
