  Very helpful, contacted me within 24hrs of my checkatrade add and made arrangements to come out as soon as possible . Very polite young man called Damien handed booking an appointment then a lovely helpful young man came and did the gas safety certificate , again very polite and respectful ,even went above and beyond to pop out and get a carbon monoxide monitor for me . Customer service is obviously very important to this company and it shows in their treatment bof customers,will definitely recommend to others and will use again for our next property and yearly checks

  Greener were quick to respond to my enquiry, courteous and responsive throughout. They did two separate jobs for me which I needed done quickly and they were on it straight away! They kept me informed throughout and charged a fair price. I'd be happy to recommend Damien and the team to anyone.

  Great experience dealing with Greener Solutions Group from start to finish, they were prompt with accepting my job request, acted just as quick with getting my heating system installed. They explained each part of the process from start to finish with insightful professional advice.

  Got my money and ran

  Greener were the first to reply to my advert for a landlords cert on a flat I own so I booked with them well in advance. They turned up on the day and did the Job calling me when finished so I could meet them at the flat. I spoke with them outside at their van and paid for the job in cash, they said the paperwork was left in the flat. On contacting my tenant later that day it turns out they left only a copy for him. I have spoken with them several times since and they promise to email me the relevant paperwork but it never arrives. I am now sick of asking and wont be phoning again

  Hi mr Bourne I’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have sent over copies of Cp12 and receipt of payment to your email. A copy of CP12 your was left on site at time of works which we are required to do by gas safe regulations.

  air source pump repair and service

  We had issues with our air source pump due to bad insulation, we also needed pipes and rads moved/removd. The lads came and assessed the job and worked out what was wrong with the pump. price quoted was ok and the job was then booked. Th e lads came on date advised and carried out all the work needed, the work ran into a second day but we are more than happy with the work carried out by the team. I will be using them again and highly recommend them
