Provide EICR
I paid for an EICR to be done, the certificate wasn't provided. First email was responded to asking the address of the property, then after that all calls, messages (bar one that said I had the wrong number, even though I used the number on the invoice) and emails have been ignored. I have therefore had to pay for another certificate from a different electrician. Very disappointed and expensive.

Electrics to new extension and external lighting
Unhappy with job done. Left live wire in new extension causing plasterer to get a shock. Light switches not how we wanted, we now have to walk across the room to turn outside light on instead of being next to door, we were told we’d have to have the new plaster channelled to have it rectified so we left it. Left loads of holes in new plaster that we now have to repair. Whenever any problems have been raised with him it’s always someone else’s fault. Wouldn’t use again.

Unblock sink waste pipe
Came asap as arranged. Assessed the job and applied a fix I had been unable to complete in unblocking the pipe, Brill!

Replacing parts on a boiler
The work was completed quickly, however boiler still leaking and losing pressure after having a service and parts replaced

Various - Fixed boiler , changed a valve , fitted an expansion vessel. Fitted new radiator
I can't recommend this company enough . I had no heating or hot water . They worked really quickly and gave me a honest assessment of my boiler system . The two gentlemen that came we're like knights in shining amour and turned a freezing home one into a warm one . They are now in my permanent address book and I have already recommend them to a neighbour who is thrilled too . When you find the 'good guys' in the trade , you keep hold of them . The best I can do for them is to recommend them on this site . Thanks to Marc Steve and Tosh !!!!

Repair main water leak in the kitchen
Requested urgent callout as main water leak under the kitchen sink. Arrived promptly, identified the problem, fix it, cleared away any mess, within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, explained the problem and how they were going to correct it. Confirmed with me that I was happy with the results. Invoice was emailed to me later in the day.... excellent value
