  My son and daughter-in-law have been using this company for over 20 years for all heating, plumbing and electrical work. Recently they have completed many jobs for me, including replacing a water heater and shower, plumbing in a washer/dryer, solving some inherited plumbing problems and installing a heated towel rail. They are almost like an extra emergency service to this family - always reliable, efficient, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. A huge added bonus is the wonderful office staff who go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly. Brilliant company and service.

  Repair to Gas Balanced Flu Fire

  From the first moment I called Greenfield and spoke to Sidnie (the owners daughter) I felt a valued customer (In stark contrast to another Worthing Gas Service Company). Sidnie is very professional and has fantastic customer service skills with a big happy and genuine personality. She helped with sourcing a part and subsequently this was fitted by Vic (her father). Vic was likewise a very personable guy who treated our home as if it was his. He fitted the new part with efficiency and tested the appliance. We have been very impressed with our first experience of using Greenfield.

  Installation of electric fire and surround

  We visited Greenfield showroom and were surprised by the large range of fires available. Both Karen and Sidnie were very knowledgeable and helpful in us making our final decision. Having now had the fire and surround installed we have to applaud the professionalism and craftsmanship of the installation engineers (also part of the family). We are ecstatic with the final finish which is 1st class. From start to finish communication was exemplary. This is an exceptional family run company which we would recommend to anybody.

  Boiler and pump replacement and radiator TRV fitting

  Work carried out to a high standard and end result is a warmer house and a more efficient system. Cold spots eliminated and radiators heating more quickly. We had two people for two days. They were polite, courteous and respectful of our property. External make good was very good. We were complete comfortable leaving them in the house on their own. The office is easy to contact, efficient and fully aware of everything that is scheduled. Highly recommend for boiler replacement and heating maintenance
