We hired Tabesh to fix our boiler which was not producing hot water consistently. This was during the freezing time of Christmas 2024. He had to visit our house four times and nothing was achieved. Visit 1: Advised cleaning or buying a spare part + changing shower. Quote: £200 to £650 ex VAT Visit2: Brought wrong part so we asked for cleaning. Cost: £200. Visit3: Nothing was achieved. Visit4: Recommended changing the boiler and shower. Quote: £3k to £4k We hired another engineer who fixed the boiler and didn't need to change shower. Both have been working perfectly.

The boiler was showing on red bar, they put in a new part and made it to work.

There was an issue with my boiler so hot water stopped. Greenflow team came and put in new expansion valve and PRV, cleaned hot water plate and fitted back to make the boiler working. Tabesh is very knowledgeable and explained us as how the changing of valve will make it work. Highly recommended!

The entire process of removing the old boiler and installing the new boiler was carried out without any major issues. Overall this was a very pleasant and businesslike experience.
