  Door Fitting

  We hired Richard to fit our doors, with the clear agreement that he would return to resize them after our new flooring was installed. While he initially completed the fitting, he has completely failed to respond to any of my messages or calls to finish the job as promised. We are now left with doors that do not fit properly and are being forced to incur additional costs to have someone else complete the work. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend his services.

  To replace 6 interior doors

  Richard arrived to quote and was extremely professional. He give me a quote and we agreed a date for the project. I followed up by sending Richard a photograph of the door style I wanted, and as we are a 3 floor property, stated that they would have to be fire doors. Richard arrived with the wrong doors which weren’t fire doors. He stated that he couldn’t complete the job that day as he would need to source the correct doors. I tried to contact Richard multiple times and he eventually told me he was unable to complete the job. This was extremely disappointing and left us in the lurch.

  Laminate floor fitting

  Richard from Green Forest Carpentry laid a laminate floor in our large bathroom. He worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done in less than a day. He is very polite, friendly and conscientious. I would not hisitate to recommend him to others.

  Mounting new kitchen cabinet doors

  Rich was fantastic - very attentive to the job - problem solved when needed and came back a second time to finish as we had ordered an incorrect item. He is friendly and efficient, I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again in the future.

  New Door + New Cupboard Door + accessories + New Flooring to Kitchen

  Our new doors and Kitchen floor look lovely! It can be daunting, seeking out a professional tradesman; someone you can rely on to do a good job for a reasonable price and who isn't a 'Cowboy' either! Look no further, Rich is an excellent Carpenter in every way; honest, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and polite. More importantly, he's also a perfectionist! You may feel concerned as this company is relatively new but please don't worry as he actually has many, many years experience behind him. If you have a job you need doing, you won't be disappointed so please don't hesitate to call him.
