What stood out most was the communication throughout the entire process. I wasn’t able to be at the property most of the time, but Keith kept me fully informed with daily video updates explaining the work that had been done which gave me peace of mind. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and advise on the best options for my situation. Overall, a very professional service and I would definitely recommend him.
