  Greenlaw was very responsive to initial enquiries and was clear on a quote. They gave a 2 hour time slot to arrive and when Michael was running late, he was good enough to make a call advising his ETA. The service was very thorough and Michael was friendly and personable.

  Fast, Professional, and Hassle-Free Boiler Installation

  Had a Baxi 800 boiler fitted by Michael and the service was excellent. He provided sound advice on boiler options, was fast, professional, tidy, and kept me fully informed throughout. No surprises, no hidden costs, just completely transparent and excellent service. He clearly explained the removal of the old boiler, the new installation, and warranty cover, and went above and beyond, helping set up my Hive system. I’d highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a new or replacement boiler. A reliable, honest, and top-quality service and value.
