The salesman was punctual and had a clear idea of what we needed. This was presented well on his laptop. The quote was good and they offered finance which we took. The scaffolding was put up a few days before the solar panels and battery were installed. Everything was done nice and quickly and they were there when they said they would be. It all seemed to happen without any fuss.
