He is hugely responsive by text, and within a couple of weeks of meeting him, he came in to start the first of a number of pieces of work (I was flexible with timelines and it can be done piecemeal which helps). Very happy with the result so far, and looking forward to working with him and his team again.

Will and Ali did a fantastic job, painting 4 rooms in my flat. They took great care and even did a bit extra by cleaning up other areas that weren't part of the required work (at no additionalcharge).
