A good level of communication from Green Planet in arranging the service visit and keeping us informed of timings. The engineer had a very professional and approachable manner with a good knowledge of the system. Nothing was rushed and the various problems that were found were explained and fixed. Even though the service took longer than planned due to additional problems that were found, the engineer made sure the work was all complete whilst liaising with his office so they could keep the next customer informed.

Great product and price I'll be recommending them to friends

Entire process was easy from quote to finish. Engineer was on time, on date, cleaned up and talked us through whole process very patiently. Supplied us with extra tags. Have had no problems with the system at all and feel secure that we could ask for help if needed.
