New render showing through paint and some is varnish on window glass +one area not painted. Alex said he would come and scrape paint off and paint over where render showed through. Both in our 70's we cannot clamber on scaffolding to do this ourselves and Alex said he would come on Mon Oct 19, but did not . Despite several messages he has not kept his promises and we are left with problems that should have been sorted, including old render left where it fell. Several texts and some promises we are still waiting

Initially there was a lot of promise and productivity. After the ceilings were put in there were substantial gaps between the ceiling adge and the wall. On the 28/820 Alex and I met and he assured me this could be filled in and covered with coving, so I booked for the 14/9/20. On the 10/9/20 I contacted Alex to check what time he would arrive on the 14th, after initially being unable to contact him he replied that he wouldn't make it and couldn't advise another date. I moved in to the property on 12th and discovered that half of my lights weren't working, he'd subcontracted an electrician.

Clean and tidy and excellent work

Alex was very enthusiastic and gave me ideas on how to do a patio for a low cost (I had a small budget). He was very diligent and got on with the work alone. He checked on any decision he thought I needed to make, but also left me to get on with my work and kept the noise down when I was on conference calls. He was clean and professional and a very pleasant individual.
