  Carl and his team did a full refurbishment. Green Street Design & Build was the most comprehensive and competitive. The Green Street quote was detailed and comprehensive. We did make some personal design changes, Carl and his team were more than happy to fulfil our requirements. Carl was also able to give us some fantastic ideas that ultimately added value to our property. Words are not sufficient to express how happy we are to have chosen Carl and his team. We felt part of their team and they made the whole time a pleasure. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Green Street Design and Build.

  A few minor to moderate jobs

  I found Carl through Checkatrade and was impressed with his reliability and how courteous he is. He listened to what I needed and came on time the same week I called him to enquire. He gave a reasonable quote really quickly that was clear about the work to be done and I was able to book in a few weeks later. The work has been carried out to a high standard and has solved my problem of water coming in through my cellar. I would recommend Carl and his colleague Rob.

  Refurbishing and reroofing conservatory/sun room

  The job was well assessed and discussed and explained to us before the work began and at each stage of the job. There was a little difficulty as the flooring required much more extensive work than we anticipated but it was discussed and dealt with smoothly. The work was done efficiently and very tidily. We are delighted with the high quality of the finished product ! We now have a lovely light airy and usable room which was not the case beforehand.

  Single story side extension through to existing kitchen with bifold doors and ceiling lantern
