I paid £200 for weed and nettle removal and on the advice of the company a further £200 for a chemical treatment to prevent regrowth. Within a week regrowth was starting to show. I emailed the company and received a reply stating that they would come and put it right. I waited for 2 weeks and heard nothing so I emailed again. No reply. After more time passed I sent a photo of my now completely overgrown garden and was given a date and time. On the day after waiting 2 hours I messaged and was told they were 10 mins away. They never came and have not contacted me. Now ignoring messages.
