Called Don this morning about a recurring shower leak that we’d already tried several times to fix without success. He answered straight away and was with us within the hour. Don and Sandy were friendly, professional and efficient. They identified the source as a cracked waste after cutting a tidy access hatch in our pine kitchen ceiling, replaced the faulty part and left everything clean and tidy. They’re even coming back with wood filler for the hatch. The cost was reasonable and they didn’t try to make a bigger job of it than needed. We were really impressed and would highly recommend them.
