Replacement electric shower
Greg originally carried out a quotation for a replacement electric shower a week ago when he saw the original shower which was fitted at my property. I gave Greg the green light to carry out the work which was booked for yesterday at 10am. 10am yesterday came around and Greg did not show up, it took me to contact Greg because he did not make any contact with me. When I did contact Greg he didn’t apologise and made excuses about why he hadn’t shown up. Issues with the overflow, pressure, water temp and piping of an Electric Flowmaster Boiler
Greg was extremely proficient and professional in identifying the issue with the boiler during the initial visit (for which was within 3 days of advert due to my work schedule) and with 24hours Greg had ordered all parts and fixed the problem for which 2 plumbers had to date failed to do. He was extremely respectful within the home and tidy in his work. He quoted a fair price reflecting parts costs and his skill set.
