I was given a thorough run through of what the job would entail, what to expect and costs (which were fairly priced) from start to finish both verbally and in writing which was very reassuring. When providing the quote in particular, Frank was thorough in his cost-benefit analysis and my available options. He even highlighted cheaper alternative that other contractors did not mention. Frank and the team were punctual and the work was finished to a good standard, would definitely recommend using them.
