The work started off well with good coms with the foreman and mainly the guy that was actually laying the paving. About half way through, the tiles were not cut as well with chips in them where they had not been cut straight. Although a couple of sheets of plywood were laid on the lawn, they did not cover sufficient area to avoid driving diggers and dumper trucks across the lawn. The drive was used to dump loose building materials and they spilt onto the lawn. I would have hoped bulk bags would be used to contain the mess.

We are sorry that you feel this way about our work, we don't get any complaints about the workmanship we do. I don't mean any disrespect but I don't think
you and your wife understood that there will be heavy plant machinery needed to complete the works. We tidied up full all rubbish at the end of the job and we
even gave you the extra work you wanted for free. We also provided you with extra top soil (this was not in the agreement). This is the first complaint we have had in 3
years regarding our work. It would be good if we got the chance to rate our customers as we would probably scored you less!
