For years I’ve been living with waste water drainage issues in my flat. The soil stack is cast iron and caused problems because of its age. Other firms shied away from the tricky undertaking. Not these guys. They came; they saw; they fixed. I’m an electrician so quite familiar with working in people’s homes. This polite (and clearly very competent) person turned up and, whilst I was out working, got to the core of my drainage issues and, almost surgically, did something that looked like a quadruple heart bypass, 😉 on my waste pipes. All problems resolved. I can scarcely believe it.

Had a blockage with the kitchen sink. The engineers used a cable machine and large vacuum to release a hard blockage. Interesting to watch.
