Work - ok. Communication and customer service not good.
I had a dripping tap, which Liam said he could sort. He arrived and said practice now was to replace the whole unit (rather than find out what was wrong) at cost of £300 for parts. He got very different taps - less suitable for the kitchen. I was upset and called him as A) he had not told me before he arrived that he would be replacing the whole unit so I was not given the opportunity to buy taps myself at a much lower rate and B) he said that if I wanted new taps I would have to pay again for taps and fitting. Remove and replace three radiators and valves
We have used Liam on previous occasions and he is extremely helpful and carries out his work to a very high standard. We needed to have three radiators removed and sent for refurbishing. These were removed by Liam quickly and carefully. He later returned to install the newly refurbished radiators and purchased new valves to complete the look. Central Heating Flushing and Radiator Checks
So impressed with Liam who attended to flush through the heating system and sort out any problems with radiators. I have a lot of radiators and they're quite old. The quote was spot on and he was spot on with time spent and arrival, in fact went over and above to get the job done. Leaking pipe call-out
Had a leak from a pipe under the bath, and a leaking service valve when I tried to turn it off to contain leaking pipe. He was friendly and courteous, easily arranged a visit around various school run and appointment times. Price wasn't horrendous either, within a few pence of what I was expecting! Repaired bathroom sink
