First time using Checkatrade, very quick responses and quick quotes too. I would highly recommend GR INSTALLATIONS. Was able to book appointment very quick, done an amazing job very patient and a great attention to detail. Cleared up all the mess, fitted gutter guards really well. Richard was fantastic to deal with and made the whole experience very easy. He went above and beyond. Communication was great, he left everything immaculately tidy each evening before he left, and was on time each day. He even took a little time to entertain our dog when he took a quick break at lunch! I thoroughly recommend him.

I posted the job just after noon on a Saturday, and he arrived within half an hour. Since parts suppliers had already closed for the weekend, he put a temporary fix in place. He returned on Monday exactly when he said he would, parts in hand, and finished the job in about 30 minutes. He was punctual, reliable, and charged exactly what he quoted. Highly recommended!
