George came out within 20 mins and replaced the 20 yr old lock great job thankyou

Can't fault the service or speed. notified me when he was close, locks were quickly changed and tested. He also took the time to explain the locks to me as we went for the high security locks witch was great.

The locksmith telephoned me within 5 minutes of me posting my job . He came around the same night and sorted out two locks for me at a reasonable prices . He was friendly and explained everything in just enough detail for me to understand . It was near enough after 19.00 when he came and he still had another job to do . All he said was " it's my job " and he did it with a smile on his face . What a credit to your company ! I wish I had got his name and I hope you can trace him and thank him from me .
