On every occasion we’ve needed a plumber,there is only ever one company I would call and thats GRL. Always a pro active response,always obliging ,quality workmanship and genuinely nice chap.I have no qualms in recommending this company for all plumbing and heating work .

Gary and his team did a fantastic job of installing a new bathroom suite for me. They listened to my requirements, came up with practical options, taking into account my budget, even saving me money compared to similar I had found! They could not do enough, their workmanship was fantasitc, they were clean and tidy throughout the work. They installed a complete bathroom suite, new flooring and tiling. Will definitely use them again for any other pluming work, thank you!

Had an emergency bolier issue following a power serge. Gary sent someone out that evening to investigate and tried the absolute best to get it working, but unfortunately some of the internal electrics had gone. Gary went above and beyond to get a replacement boiler installed the next day and was a life saver. Cannot recommend them highly enough, very straight forward and honest, very good prices and a high level of respect to the property and keeping the area clean.

We hired GRL for creating a bathroom in my sons bedroom. Some stud wall work, installation of a shower and screen and toilet. Originally we were impressed by the service. We added on during the job some downlights for my sons bedroom and fitting of an electric radiator. The project quite quickly went downhill. Showerscreen was poorly fitted with leaks - unable to open the toilet did not fit the room so we had to order another. downlights dangerously fitted. Wall work out of kilter - making good shocking. They left the job in a poor state. I would be extremely careful using this company

GRL emailed twice to tell me our annual service was due. Tried on numerous occasions to arrange a call out. Left messages and texted on numerous occasions. After weeks I finally managed to speak to GRL and agreed on a date. The service was now a month after the certificate had expired. The engineer did not turn up. I called to complain and was promised a call back on the same day to potentially reschedule for the following day. No call was received. Another day has gone by without any communication. I have now booked another company to complete this work.

I've had an on / off leak for a while so spoke to Gary who quickly dispatched one of his engineers to my property. Aaron was superb. He quickly identified the problem and cause related to my hot water tank. 90 mins later new part installed and at a very reasonable price. Happy days. Number for GLR now saved in my phone in case of other issues. Highly recommend.
