  GRL Plumbing and Services recently helped us with a number of bathroom issues. Our experience of Peter and Josh was exemplary. Our initial enquiry was quickly answered with full transparency on the cost. The issues we flagged where then assessed with recommendations made. The work was done yesterday. Josh was incredibly professional and is clearly a talented plumber. Everything was cleaned away afterwards. We cannot speak highly enough of the service that we received throughout, and would no hesitate in recommending this company. Truly outstanding

  Excellent service and commitment to the job

  I had excellent service from Peter and his team. Right from quoting to delivery communication was clear, on time and delivered as required. Full heating overhaul so fairly major job. Crucially, there was an airlock in the warm water supply which caused issues. The team was super responsive, came back immediately and worked until they resolved it. That was the true test: when something is not perfect, will they take ownership and fix it? They absolutely did and why I can recommend them highly and without hesitation.

  Bathroom install

  I have used GRL for a boiler installation for a few years and that was great so I had no hesitation in asking about a bathroom installation. Peter and his team were excellent from start to finish. They worked to very tight timeframes and finished the job ontime with first class results. They were also reasonably priced which is an added bonus. Overall value for money I would award more than 10 if I could as professionalism, cusomer service and interaction were best I have come across. Well done and thank you Peter - keep it up.

  Over the years I have had approximately 5 bathrooms fully ripped out and redone, whether it be for rental accommodation or personal, the job task has always been blank canvas and then fully fitted to the style and design required. My most recent project was completed by Peter and I can honestly say the professionalism and diligence was second to none. From start to finish, the job was impeccable, the workmanship second to none, and the total level of understanding was just what will have me use him again and again. Very very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend to anyone
