    Broken lock fixed

    A very quick and efficient fix of a broken double glazed door lock. Geoff was with us within a few hours, installed a temporary lock and was back 2 days later to fix the new one which was not straightforward. Geoff was very friendly and it was a pleasure to have him sorting out our problem. Will definitely use again and reccomend.

    Excellent all round experience

    When we phoned the phone was answered immediately which is very rare!! An appointment was made immediately for the same day and was kept to. Geoff was very friendly and informative. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate and fixed it straight away at the agreed price. We'd definitely use him again

    Emergency access when we locked ourselves out

    Geoff arrived within 30 minutes and sorted the problem out quickly. He replaced the lock with one of better quality. Very happy with the work done, and Geoff was very pleasant and courteous.
