George was prompt to reply to my Checkatrade request and made the effort to come down to my property the very next day. He made a thorough assessment of the issue (loose ridge tiles and roof tile coming off the roof) and advised next steps to ensure that any roof tiles don't come off the roof in the future. He did an excellent job with reinforcing the ridge tiles and also cleaned off the adjoining tiles off any moss. In addition, he has given a 14 year guarantee for his work. I would highly recommend his services.
