  Drive way excellence

  We contracted Ground Down construction to lay down our new driveway of our recently purchased home and what an incredible difference it has made. It has completely changed the aesthetic of the house, we are so pleased with their work; the speed and efficacy of their team completely blew us away. We have already hired them for further work on our house due to excellent customer services, efficiency and apex final result. Thank you very much indeed.

  Outstanding service

  Alick from Grounddown Construction carried out the work on our driveway in Beckenham. We are extremely happy with the final result and his efficiency throughout the process.   Nothing short of perfect

  Had a nothing short of perfect service from Alick and his team at our home in Bromley. Efficient, great value for money, punctual and high quality workmanship. Alicks team installed a block pave driveway, 3 ft fencing either side of it, suds compliment drive high spec finish as we wanted a long lasting, low maintenance and hard wearing finish.

  Great service, great communication and a great new drive and path.

  Alick was really helpful all the way through from the initial quote right through to the end of the work. He advised really well on what would look good in line with what I wanted. There were a couple of small issues that came to light when the old drive / path were dug up but Alick sorted those proactively and explained the extra work to fix the issues really well. The Grounddown Construction team were extremely professional courteous all the time they were onsite and did a great job The new drive and path look amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Groundown to anybody.

  Perfectly installed tarmac drive

  Grounddown Construction Ltd has completed two jobs for my family across 5 years. My parents had a driveway installed first and when I moved out it was always my intention to use them again - which has absolutely paid off. Finding a team with such a great reputation, passion for their high stand work and a family run business I didn't want to explore any other options! It came as no surpprise there was a waiting list for them - I was happy to join the queue of 4 weeks. Alick was so transparent, had a very clear line of communication with no hidden costs. Perfectly installed tarmac drive.

  Outstanding service

  Outstanding service provided from Alick's team. I was really impressed with his attention to detail throughout the entire process. From his initial consultation - samples shown - quotation to installing my driveway. I went for a resin bound driveway with a porcelain rear patio. It is exactly what I asked for, low maintenance, well installed, antislip and hard wearing. The team are trustworthy, punctual, tidy and very hardworking. I truly recommend their services.
