Roof cleaning job was agreed with Ground Up Exterior Cleaning Based in Rossendale. He came to complete the job after contacting him multiple times. He left the house with scattered green moss from roof on the drive way. There was a promise,after completion no mess will be left, but unfortunately this wasnt the case. Our neighbor's car has multiple pieces of the moss as well. There was a promise of no new moss after the treatment and it will be more clean after 3 months. Unfortunately this also failed. No reply from him after trying to contact multiple time.

Jordan at ground ul exterior cleaning agreed to birdproof the solar panels and sand and paint the upperfloor fascia. I provided the paint and birdproofing kit ( £80 and slmost£100). He didn't complete either job, took the birdproofing kit, spilt paint on the lower roof and brickwork, said he needed full payment for a new car, but would finish Monday, so I paid him,but never came back. Said he broke his foot/ankle, would come in 6 weeks when mended, and then didn't answer my messages. I've already sent a review, I need a refund to hire someone else. He left a mess! Dated today bc unfinished.

Nothing was done well because the job wsnt completed, thoo jordan took full payment, saying he needed it to buy a car, but would be back to complete the work Monday. He then said he'd broken his ankle/foot and arranged to come 6-8 weeks later. After that he hasnt responded to my messages. The bird proofing was applied to just 1 side of the solar panels,, the painting was poorly done, not sanded properly and paint applied blotchily and spilt over brickwork and lower roof. The exterior looks worse than before due to splt paint, and of course the pigeons are back nexting under the solar panels.

Unfortunately delayed due to bad weather. Job done in a day. Professional and polite. He tried to clean but some moss was left on the side of the house.

Disappointed as left the job unfinished saying he would come back and access roof from neighbours side but now won't respond to my messages. Did not send me a formal invoice despite saying he would. Has left my roof gutters more blocked than they were and conservatory roof looking more dirty than it was before. Moss residue also fell onto my neighbours car. Nice guy but clearly not professional.

Jordan was able to do the work quite soon, kept me informed of when he was arriving, used scaffolding, had the eletric to the panels turned off, completed the work and tidied up after. He was polite and knowledgeable. Also the price was correct. Many thanks!
