James and his colleague were in and out in a day for what sounded like a slightly fiddlier fitting than usual. Not that they made any fuss whatsoever. Top job. Fixed the problem with our plumbing, we had the smell of sewage coming into the building. They identified the problem (two separate issues) and corrected them very professionally. Communication was also tip top, really decent, genuine guys doing a really decent, thorough job. Thanks
