Group JML Scammed Us out of £2000 - Steer Clear, I wish I had.
We asked Jack to quote us for bi-fold doors. On his visit Jack appeared friendly and came back to us quickly with a competitive quote and short lead time. We paid Jack £2000 deposit and then the nightmare began. Jack quickly stopped answering our calls, emails and messages. When I did eventually get through, calling from other peoples phones, he gave us excuse after excuse and delay after delay. I threatened Jack with small claims court to which he said Group JML was being liquidatated - a known tactic amongst scammers. 22 weeks down the line we are no closer to getting our doors or refund. Replacement Window
Replacement window. 95% of work was fine. However trying to get incorrect hinges replaced total joke. JML Window and Door Installations with excuses as to why they can't obtain hinges or find time to fit them. Window replacement

Brilliant service from start to finish
This is the second time we have used Group JML, this time for a new front door. Service has been brilliant from start to finish. Jack gave great advice and took time to help us choose the right front door for us. The fitting process was stress free and efficient with everything left tidy. We also requested a change of handle which was done a couple of weeks after and when our fitter came back to do this I asked him to adjust the door slightly as we were finding it a bit stiff which he did with no problem at all and it’s now absolutely perfect. Terrible after sales service if issues.
The work itself was completed to a satisfactory standard. Problem came once we had an issue. One of the windows in the front door had a blown rubber seal in it. Raised it with the company end of March as 5 year guarantee on the door. It is now well into June and still not fixed. Have called several times, sometimes get a answer machine, other times, excuses and that it will be followed up. I'm the one always calling, no updates back from Group JML as to what is happening.
