John and his team completed an outstanding job on our house, fitted a new kitchen, downstairs flooring throughout and created a built in wardrobe to a 3rd floor v-shaped room. The work undertaken was seamlessly and professionally done, with excellent communication skills throughout. I would highly recommend Grovewood Build Ltd.

We’ve used Grovewood Build Ltd. for several projects so far — a new roof, Velux windows, a loft conversion, chimney removal, and a fitted wardrobe — and the experience has been excellent every time. He’s reliable, delivers great workmanship, and the pricing has always been fair and transparent. What really stands out is the communication: clear from start to finish, everything explained in detail, and we always knew what the plan was and what had been done each day. John & team began by opening up the dining room and kitchen by taking down a wall which required a RSJ being installed, the guys were very good throughout. John really helped with building consent, taking photos throughout the process. Pricing was clear from the outset, all extras, which were due to us, were clearly laid out throughout. As this went well we asked John to also work on 2 bathrooms, 1 required the removal of a cupboard to extend the bathroom & the 2nd was a replacement. John managed all the trades to be onsite whenever required, as things do change. Would highly recommend.

John was professional, polite, and listened and communicated well at all times. He is totally trustworthy and clearly takes pride in doing a good job: I am very pleased with my new roof. I would definitely call on his services again

John helped to organise several jobs for us for our living room project, including: new internal doors, painting the new doors, installing a wood stove (including building work), replacing skirting boards (which John did himself) and moving a radiator. Every job was done to a high standard for a fair price and I always appreciate John's responsiveness to any communication I send him. He is great and making recommendations to get things looking great and functioning well.
