  Brick up two doorway size openings in a party wall between two houses per latest regulations.

  The quotation was a good price and made with expert knowledge when assessing the work required. The job had to be done with council inspections which were handled superbly by our builder who has extensive experience and knew exactly what to do. He was on time each day and explained what he was doing throughout. Everything was left neat and tidy and all work was completed. Finally the invoice matched the quote with no additional charges. I would highly recommend this builder.

  Shop Refurbishment

  I chose Shaun to carry out my shop refurbishment as he was agreeable to my ideas and even gave me a few new ones. He rearranged his work schedule to fit me in and worked late evenings to make sure everything was finished and up to standard. He was easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. He has great attention to detail and was keen for everything to look perfect, he even fixed my awful attempt at decorating! My shop looks lovely and I've had so many compliments on how wonderful it looks! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will use him again.

  Roof repair

  Shaun replaced the soffit, facia and felt on the front of our property and replaced some brickwork. Shaun’s communication is excellent, he explains everything in detail and makes sure that you’re on the same page. He is reliable and very helpful, using his expertise to give you advice on other aspects of DIY. Would definitely recommend him and use him for work at our home again. Thanks Shaun!

  I recently had GS building in to plaster all 4 bedrooms and landing in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Shaun was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. Arrived on time, worked quickly, and left rooms clean and tidy. The finish on the walls and ceilings is flawless – everything is smooth and looks fantastic. I highly recommend for anyone in need of plastering services!"

  Cladding Exterior

  Excellent job done on my home by Shaun. Installed composite cladding to the exterior and I am very pleased with the results. He has an eye for detail and the finish is flawless. Great communication throughout and was always on time.
