I have used Gary in the past for computer problems. This time Mozilla Firefox suddenly disappeared from my laptop. It took a good 30 minutes for him to try and sort the problem which was made worse by the slowness of my laptop. All the time he was very patient and thorough and courteous. He managed to restore Firefox but it wasn't working very well and in the end he said I would be better off with different browser and since I already had Microsoft Edge on my desktop we agreed that he should remove Firefox and set up Edge to suit my requirements. This he did. I will use him again.
