With the Windows 11 update coming soon I needed advice from a computer expert. Gary was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. He gave me advice on getting a new computer and came round to my house to set it up for me, and also the printer. I was very pleased that he saved me £30 approx on my annual Microsoft subscription by taking off an addition which I didn't need. Gary answered the phone most times but always rang back quickly if not available at that time. I felt the charge was very reasonable considering the time he spent.
