The company delivered an excellent work (structural part and interiors), with no delays on the original schedule. Giorgi, the company director, and his crew are hard workers and good people. I definitely recommend them!

GS Geo was one of the first who responded to my enquiry and I was impressed with their care and commitment to the job. Giorgi even saved us huge amount of money with his focus on details and way of looking forward. I am so happy with the work Giorgi and his team have done. Previously I had a cowboy builder who destroyed my down stairs toilet, I was really hesitant on trusting anybody again, but Giorgi was reassuring and went through everything with me clearly. I head a good experience working with Giorgi and his team, the most important I want to mention that he is worthy and he doesn't promise you if he can't/don't deliver, very reliable and hardworking team, he didn't come up with the lowest quote but I decided to hire him become of his qualitys and I don't regret it, one thing to say is that he is very flexible with adding some additional works that we come up with for him, which was then priced up at discounted price and also was very flexible and patient with the payment plan when we delayed the payment that was due, thank you Giorgi

Work included: 2 new bathrooms with new bath, shower, basins, toilets, wall tiles and vinyl flooring. Adjusted plumbing as required. Installed complete new kitchen. Adjusted electrics as required. Laid laminate flooring in 2 rooms, under skirting. New carpets in 2 rooms. New light fittings throughout. All doors, frames, skirting, ceilings and walls painted. He has provided great advice throughout on materials and adjustments to ensure a high quality result. His charges are excellent value and he has completed the project in very good time.
