I found Gary to be very helpful and honest. He gave good advice and went out of his way to fit in the work at short notice in adverse weather conditions. He left the roof looking good and working area neat and tidy. Would use again if needed and would definitely recommend.

I called Gary to sort out a slipped tile that starlings had previously nested under. He requested a photo so that he could come prepared. He arranged an appointment quickly and came as promised. As it was a small job, he completed it there and then. Very pleased with service and would recommend.

I contacted Gary for improving insulation in one of the rooms where thermal bridging around eaves was causing significant heat loss. After going through thermal images of the room and a lot of research material on possible solutions, we agreed on an action plan. Gary did a survey accessing from the roof and gave me a very reasonable quote. The work was completed today as scheduled following high standards of professionalism and workmanship. We need to monitor the improvement in insulation overtime.

Gary came out as promised and completed the work with minimal mess. Clearly, I cannot comment on how effective the job has been until we get some heavy rain to test it but so far Gary has done exactly what he said he would, when he said he would and has been polite and explained what he was doing and why.

Gary came over to quote for a job I have on my roof. He looked up in the loft and then got ladders out to look at potential issues outside. Given that rain is expected shortly he undertook a potential fix there and then to review after the rain comes and see if it helps, even giving some tricks of the trade to test how effective the interim fix would be - no charge for this at all! He was very straight forward , not embelishing issues and was not 'pushy' at all in getting the wider job ( which includes resealing the chimney). It's really great to see someone give such great service .

Very efficient and polite. Great job done in challenging conditions. Gary even replaced a missing tile that wasn't part of the original job. Highly recommended.
