Boiler replacement.
A very professional service, Gerard took us through the process explaining all the options and costings. The exchange was undertaken promptly which was important as our existing boiler had a leak. Pipework was upgraded to increase gas flow and we are very pleased with what is a significant investment for any household. We would certainly recommend Gerard for all plumbing and associated tasks, and will request his services again.

Diagnosed and fixed a problem with heating
Gerard was able to quickly diagnose the problem, advise how it should be fixed and gave no obligation quote with prices for different scenarios. He was able to come back and fix later than day to fix the problem for the amount quoted. He explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He even fixed a small leak he noticed without charge. I would definitely use him again and would recommend.

Came that day for emergency Found problem and came back with parts a day later and fitted us in between other jobs as we had no heating Friendly and knowledgeable Cannot recommend highly enough

Replace expansion tank and valve in unvented hot water system
Plumber came out within a few hours to investigate fault (water streaming through 'tundish'. He advised on limiting water wastage and what would still work OK, and then booked in for repair. This was completed quickly and efficiently, explaining the why's and how's to me in a friendly manner. I am most impressed with the quality of work from this firm, and will not hesitate to use again should I need plumbing services.

Valve and Expansion Vessel replacement
During a thorough inspection, Gerard identified a defective valve causing a leak from my tundish. Additionally, he noticed that the expansion tank bladders were ruptured. Gerard promptly sourced two replacements, enabling me to pick them up directly from the supplier and fitted them the next day. He is a genuine, knowledgeable, and professional individual committed to delivering excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend him and will certainly use his services again.
