    My lock wasn’t working properly, everytime I locked the door it took us 5 minutes to be able to unlock. Owen came and checked and unfortunately was the whole system. He was amazing spend a good time here no charge. After came for dimensions and ordered and fitted the part exactly on date he said he would come. Very nice, honest and reliable person. Highly recommend

    Joseph was very friendly, polite and got on with the job of changing three locks very quickly. very happy with job and would use services again and recommend to others. Only gave a 9 for timekeeping as he was delayed but did keep in touch to let me know what was happening.

    Owen arrived when he said he would and fixed a new front door lock for me in a very timely manner. I also asked him to change my old garage lock as it wasn't very secure. On both jobs the results were first class. Owen kept me informed on all progress and asked questions to ensure I got the right lock for me. He was very polite, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Emergency lockout

24/7 emergency lockout for residential and commercial customers. Average response time is 30 mins. We will try and get you into your premises by using non-destructive methods. If we do need to drill a lock we carry new locks so we can make your property safe immediately.

 

 

Landlord/letting agent services

We can provide change of tenant lock changes, entry to lost key situations, provide keyed alike locks and more.

 

Lock change/upgrades

We can supply and fit a huge variety of standard and high security locks including anti-snap locks, British standard insurance approved locks and more.

uPVC door and window specialist

We are specialists in entry, repair and replacement of uPVC doors and windows, inc. replacement euro cylinders, multi-point locking mechanisms and handles. We can also provide a uPVC door adjustment and realignment service if your door is becoming difficult to close, this can often prevent the mechanism from breaking and causing a lockout situation.

New house lock change 

Moving house can be a stressful event and things like a new lock change can easily be forgotten. You are a lot less likely to be burgled if you have changed the old locks.

We can provide a 24hr boarding up service for windows and doors.
