10Verified ReviewAs well as attending for a preplanned appointment to remove both a gas hob and fire Ashley kindly returned for a further, extremely short notice, instance to assist with an unanticipated additional task. Without his prefessional service and assistance the installation of our new kitchen would have been extremely disrupted.

10Despite not being available to attend in person, Ashley took the trouble to help with advice over the phone of how I could fix my cold radiators. He could work out what system I had and talked me through the fix, which worked beautifully. Thank you Ashley!

3Verified ReviewNew complete bathroom refit, including large walk in shower. Lots of snagging after installed were rectified. Discovered wet up the wall and after removal of plinth under shower tray found mould, plus constant drip from the tray. Tried to rectify with mastic, drip continued. Spoke to alternative contractor who confirmed tray had been installed incorrectly, no amount of mastic would put things right. Ashley is fully aware of this, not interested in rectifying it. I do not want a damp house. Having to pay alternative contractor to take tray out and put it right. I am not the only one.....
