  Faulty central heating

  We and our family have used Naz on several occasions and are always so impressed by the service and quality of the workmanship he provides. On the last occasion, (Wednesday) our heating decided to go on the blink, I rang Naz to explain and he turned up the next morning and within about an hour and a half our heating was working again (and better than ever!). Once again a superb job. As well as that we always find Naz such a nice person to deal with, so courteous and understanding of our needs! Well done Naz, a pleasure to do business with you!

  Boiler Repair

  Our boiler completely failed and required a new component. Having used this company before and been very pleased with the service, I contacted the engineer. I was given an appointed time which he turned up on time and then went about fixing the problem. Having got the boiler up and running again, I regard the service I was provided with was nothing short of excellent. I base this on the punctuality, professional approach and friendliness of the engineer, and of course the timeliness to fix the fault. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

  Faulty Boiler

  I got a call from one of my adult children whilst I was on holiday in Spain telling me there was no hot water or heating. I called Naz and told him I really needed the heating fixed as my family were cold and asked if he could help. Despite it being late in the afternoon (about 3pm UK time) and already engaged on another job he asked me to leave it to him and he would sort the problem. Later that evening (around 6pm) Naz confirmed he'd fixed the problem (the combustion fan) and the hot water and heating were up and running again. Thank you Naz - reliable as ever.

  Boiler broke 3 days before completion of a house sale.

  Fantastic service from Naz. Managed to source a new boiler and fit within 48hours which stopped a postponement of a house sale. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
