Unreliable and untrustworthy I was quoted for an end of tenancy clean including carpets and curtains. They sent an email two days before to tell me they couldn’t do it on the agreed date because the cleaner hadn’t returned from holiday. I couldn’t cancel at this point because it was over the Xmas holiday bank holiday period. They also told me the curtains were not part of the original quote and when I showed them email confirmation they just said sorry we can’t do it. The cleaner arrived an hour late for the appointment and did an average job with issues highlighted in the inventory report

The cleaner did a great job. Just what was agreed. Cannot fault them. The office is great too.

Really poor service, had to be re-done and was still bad - couldn't be re-done a third time as we had to move in, was offered a tiny partial refund (less than 10%). Would avoid

Professional, friendly and quick

Every clean we have had from Cleaning Gurus has been average, when you comment on it afterwards, there is never any comment and they say that is the standard of the clean. 3 times in a row now, I have had a cleaner cancel 2 days before they are due to come with no solution or help for an alternative cleaner, leaving childcare and work rearrangements to accommodate them wasted! Would not recommend them at all.

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning for a 2 bedroom flat. The cleaning crew were nice and friendly, (lead by Maya). They did a very good job and they were thorough and efficient. They left the place cleaner than it's ever been. Would highly recommend to anyone, great service and competitive prices. Thank you Maya.
