Tap change in garden
We had a persistent leak in a garden tap. Gus was early, got the job done quickly for a fair price. Will hire again for addition plumbing service and work.

Boiler needed fixing due to pressie dropping
Guss was extremely helpful and very friendly. He carried out all of the work that needed to be done, quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous and respectful and I would absolutely call him again for future projects!!

Radiator Valve leaking
I had a towel radiator leaking from the valve for a good couple of days and we couldn’t open it or close it since it would start spraying water, so I called Guss to see if he could fix it. He had the replacement set of valves already in his van, and in an hour time he sorted the issue. Totally recommend him, he’s reliable and answers quickly.

Boiler service and Gas safety certificate
I met Guss the first time while I was a tenant to the old property I used to rent. Old landlord used to call him for any plumbing and heating work, including the new boiler he fitted at the time. Now I’ve recently purchased a property which is quite far from London, and I needed a Gas safety certificate and a boiler service. He remembered me and was quite happy to come over and get everything sorted! I would totally recommend him, he’s professional and reliable.

Bathtub leak
I called Guss for a leak under the bathtub, the flexi pipe connecting to the hot tap was completely rusted and cut the rubber inside, which started to drip a lot. I saw the water coming out from below the bath panel. Guss is a friend of some friends I know, and as soon as I called him he came within 2 hours time. Not only he fixed the issue, he suggested me to get a TMV for the bathtub, since the hot tap and the cold tap are apart, and the hot water comes in very hot. Overall he’s polite, cleans after himself, tidy and respectful of the house. I would totally recommend him to anyone about plum
