Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to read your concerns and returned to inspect the area in question. During our visit, we found that the wall had been fully rendered as agreed. The confusion arose because the decorative render chips had intentionally not been applied to a small section that was due to be covered by the downpipe once reinstalled. During our visit, we found that the section you believed had been left as bare wall had in fact been fully rendered.
