  Very good workmanship

  Had a quote for a new boiler just a few weeks ago as the old one was on its last legs. As a result of a very informative visit from GWE my husband and I decided to accept the quote, which was sent the following day. This week the new boiler was fitted and we were very happy with the speed with which the work was carried. The young man who did the work was very pleasant and left everything clean and tidy when he had finished. We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending GWE.

  I was extremely impressed

  I was extremely impressed with the engineer from GWE Southern who serviced my boiler. He was incredibly informative, helpful and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to clearly explain everything, provided detailed information about any issues he found and gave me useful advice on how to look after my boiler going forward. Nothing felt rushed and he made sure I fully understood what was happening and what, if anything, I needed to do next. It’s rare to receive such excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. A real credit to GWE Southern — I would highly recommend.

  Gave great customer service

  We have had a new gas boiler fitted, and would really recommend GWE. Scott came to our house first to do a very thorough survey, he gave good advice and offered a very good quote. Then two of Scott's fitters came to fit the boiler. They arrived exactly on time, were very friendly, worked efficiently and left everything cleaned up afterwards.
