Giles came and he services my boiler for me. He was very professional and friendly. Explained and help me to understand the process too! He was punctual and came exactly on the time he said he would. Quick response to my call and was able to get the job done and within 48hrs notice which was ideal for me. So thank you Giles! I will certainly be asking Giles for future gas/plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend.

Giles came out to have a look at our boiler, serviced it and have advised us that potentially our boiler will need to be replaced soon as it is very old and in a very poor condition, which we were aware. Boiler then broke down a few months later, we called Giles to have a look, he was pleasant to deal with the first time so he was an obvious choice. Boiler needed to be replaced, job was done in a timely manner, communication was great the whole way through, very pleased with our experience with Giles, highly recommend.

Giles fixed our boiler and the job was done well and Giles was really lovely. A few weeks later he checked in to ensure it was functioning as it should. I would highly recommend his services.

I would highly recommend Giles ,my wife and I haven't met such a good and reliable specialist for a long time. Giles installed a new boiler for us - we are lucky that we came across Giles who took into account the fact that we have a two-year-old daughter, so he started our installation as a priority. During the installation of the boiler our door lock broke and so did the tap in the kitchen - Giles, thanks to his DIY skills, kindly offered his help. On top of that Giles is a very pleasant and polite person to be around. We felt very comfortable around him whilst he was working in our house.
